By placing an order or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

All orders placed through the Livah website are offers by you to purchase a product subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Suspicion of fraud or unauthorised activity.
A contract is formed between you and Livah once we accept your order, typically when we send you an order confirmation email.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our separate Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy. Unless otherwise stated, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified period.
Customised, engraved, or final sale items may not be eligible for return, except where required by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise notified or required.

Livah warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase, as described in our Warranty Policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and may require inspection of the product.

12. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and/or exchanges within the period specified in our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Customised, engraved, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless otherwise specified or required by law.
Return shipping costs may apply, and original delivery charges may not be refundable.
For exchanges, the item must meet the same criteria as returns, and any difference in price will be charged or refunded as appropriate.
