Refund policy
We want you to love your Livah pieces as much as we loved creating them. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Shipping
Where does Livah ship?
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. At checkout you will see available shipping options and pricing for your delivery address.
Order processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During launches and sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days with standard shipping.
- Canada & international: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and shipping method chosen.
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates
- US orders over $99: Free standard shipping.
- US orders under $99: Flat-rate shipping (shown at checkout).
- International orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
Duties & taxes
Any applicable duties, import taxes, or customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. These fees are not collected by Livah and are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Packages that are refused, undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or not collected from the carrier may be returned to us. In these cases, we can refund your order once it arrives back at our warehouse, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping or carrier fees charged to us.
Returns
Our return window
If something isn’t perfect, you can request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in new, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- Include all original packaging (box, pouch, cards, and any accessories).
- Be returned from the same country where the order was originally shipped.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are considered final sale and are non-returnable:
- Earrings that have been worn or used for piercing.
- Engraved, personalized, or custom-made pieces.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
Condition checks
All returns are inspected. If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, missing components, or does not meet our return criteria, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion. In some cases, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
Return shipping fees
- US returns for refund to original payment method: A flat return fee (displayed in the return portal) will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and handling.
- US returns for store credit: We may waive the return fee when you choose store credit instead of a refund (subject to change and promotions).
- International returns: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. You may use our label (where available) or your own tracked service.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to start a return
Please email our Customer Care team at hello@livah.co with the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Product(s) and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for return
Wait for our confirmation email with detailed instructions, including your return label or return address.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original box or pouch, attach the label (if provided), and drop it off with the indicated carrier.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date the package shows as delivered to our warehouse for your refund or store credit to be issued.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for funds to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, Livah treats exchanges as a two-step process:
- You return the original item following our standard return process.
- You place a new order for the size, color, or style you’d like instead.
This approach helps ensure that your new piece doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit. In some regions or during special campaigns, we may offer direct size or color exchanges through our portal. When available, that option will be visible during the return flow.
Price differences
If the new item is priced higher, you’ll pay the difference at checkout. If it’s priced lower, you’ll be charged the new lower price and your original return will be refunded based on our standard policy.
Gift Returns
Received Livah as a gift?
We’re honored someone chose Livah for you. If your gift isn’t quite right, you may be eligible to return it for store credit instead of a refund to the original purchaser.
To start a gift return:
Please email our Customer Care team at hello@livah.co with the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Product(s) and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for return
Wait for our confirmation email with detailed instructions, including your return label or return address.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original box or pouch, attach the label (if provided), and drop it off with the indicated carrier.
Gift returns must follow the same 30-day window and item eligibility requirements as standard returns.
Store credit will be issued within 2–8 business days after your return is delivered and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank or card account again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as there may be additional internal processing time.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us with your order number.
