Shipping policy
Where does Livah ship?
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. At checkout you will see available shipping options and pricing for your delivery address.
Order processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During launches and sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days with standard shipping.
- Canada & international: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and shipping method chosen.
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates
- US orders over $99: Free standard shipping.
- US orders under $99: Flat-rate shipping (shown at checkout).
- International orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
Duties & taxes
Any applicable duties, import taxes, or customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. These fees are not collected by Livah and are non-refundable.
Wrong or incomplete address
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be refunded minus shipping and carrier fees once returned to our warehouse.
